Coast-to-Coast Coverage –We have full-time staff located in Victoria, Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto which allows us to have standard Help Desk Services from 1:00AM-8:00PM PST/2:00AM-9:00PM MST/4:00AM-11:00PM EST.

Dedicated Client Success Manager – You get a dedicated Client Success Manager assigned to your business who will meet with you on a monthly basis and who will be available for questions/escalations.

vCIO Services – A Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) is an executive/management-level Consultant that provides guidance, direction, and oversight on all aspects of IT.

Dedicated POD – When you onboard with Nucleus you kickoff support with a dedicated“POD”, which is assigned to your organization. With every support-related service, you interact with a small team that specializes in supporting your IT environment and business.

Dedicated Cybersecurity Unit – While we’ve always provided Managed IT Security Services to our clients, we recognized that IT Security is rapidly evolving and requires continuous dedicated attention.
