Nucleus Appoints New CEO, COO, and CFO

Exciting internal growth following the most successful year yet

After coming off the best year in company history, Nucleus Networks is pleased to announce some exciting changes to its Executive team.

Gary Baerg, Nucleus Founder and current CEO is officially stepping away from the day-to-day operations at Nucleus. Gary let the rest of the team know with an internal announcement last month:

“…as many of you already know, I’ve been removing myself from the day-to-day operations at Nucleus over the past few years. Well, the time has come to complete that process. With our best year ever just completed on July 31st, Martin and Karl, with the help of the Management Team, are ready to lead Nucleus into the future. I love Nucleus and I firmly believe that our best days are still ahead. I am so proud of what we have all accomplished together. From the early days working from my apartment in Kitsilano to where we are now. What an incredible journey!”

Gary will retain his ownership stake in Nucleus and will remain active at Nucleus in an advisory role at the board level.

As of September 10th, 2018, Nucleus is thrilled to put the following changes in place (pictured below left to right):

Karl Fulljames, Nucleus’ VP of Operations, will assume the role of COO. Karl has been with the company since 2010.

Martin DesRosiers, Nucleus’ President, will assume the role of CEO. Martin has been with the company since 2013.

Kam Mlait, Nucleus’ Director of Finance, will assume the role of CFO. Kam has been with the company since 2010.

DesRosiers says, “we’ve sustained such great momentum these past few years and are now a team of 60, providing IT services to approximately 150 clients across Canada. We have a lot of exciting things planned for this year in both Vancouver and Toronto. Of course, a huge THANK YOU to our team and our clients!”

Our Managed IT Services will remain the same. Stay tuned for more exciting news!
