Kaseya VSA Incident

As you may or may not be aware, there was a security attack directed towards Managed IT Services Providers that use Kaseya VSA software. It is believed that approximately 50 MSPs in North America were impacted which also impacted their clients.

The good news is that Nucleus does not utilize Kaseya VSA software and therefore, we were not impacted by the incident and there is no risk to your organization.

Nucleus also subscribes to 3rd party security services that would have blocked this threat even if we were using Kaseya (just to give you some peace of mind). This event is alarming for everyone and we are actively refreshing our own security posture at Nucleus to mitigate future threats.
