Who’s in Control? July 4, 2025   Walk into almost any small or mid-sized business today, and AI is there - quietly at work, under the radar, and unmanaged.   - An HR director asks ChatGPT to polish a termination letter.   - A Team Lead uploads a spreadsheet to generate formulas on the fly.   - A marketer feeds client notes into a free tool to churn out faster emails.   It’s not malicious. It’s practical. It’s Here. AI adoption doesn’t begin when your business launches a formal initiative or buys a license.
