Richard has been in the MSP industry for over 12 years, 10+ which have been with Nucleus. Beginning his career in IT procurement and inside sales supporting major government clients, Richard seized the opportunity to move into the Business Development world and has been an integral part of the growth and development at Nucleus. As the key growth leader at Nucleus, Richard has driven new client acquisition, owned strategic partnerships, developed, and formalized processes, policies, and Client Experience workflows and KPIs.
