Marvin Ekk (Director of Client Success) will be taking on the pivotal role of Director of Operations! Marvin has previously led our Operations Department and has been an invaluable member of our team for the last 17+ years! As Director of Operations, Marvin will play a crucial role in further streamlining our processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of our Operations and Support Team. We are confident that his leadership will have a positive impact to further strengthen our operational capabilities.
Richard Kask (Director of Business Development) is stepping into the role of Director of Client Experience. In this new role, Richard will now oversee the newly formed Client Experience Department, including the Client Success Department in addition to the Business Development Department (Sales & Marketing), aligning all client-related functions under his guidance. Richard has demonstrated exceptional skills in managing our business development and marketing department and driving overall company growth. We are confident that his leadership will bring added success to our new Client Experience team.
