Executech & Evergreen Services Group acquire Nucleus Networks

We have some exciting news to share. Nucleus has been acquired by Executech and Evergreen Services Group. Nucleus remains a Canadian corporation but is now a subsidiary of Evergreen Services Group, an investment group based out of San Francisco. Nucleus will join the Executech umbrella (which is also owned by Evergreen Services Group) and remains an independent brand focused on providing Managed IT Services to Canadian SMBs. There are no changes to day-to-day operations.

Executech, a leading managed IT services provider, announced today the acquisition of Nucleus, an award-winning IT support provider based in Vancouver, Canada. Since being founded by Gary Baerg in 2001, Nucleus has provided “supercharged” IT services and support to businesses across Canada.

The acquisition adds additional geographical reach to the Executech brand and allows both Nucleus and Executech teams access to deeper layers of technical knowledge. Nucleus clients will receive the same service and partnership from the same team they have come to expect.
